Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we will gladly refund you for the item cost. Please note the following rules for returns:

*You need to contact us within 5 days you received item.

*Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

*All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

*There are no returns after wearing the extensions. Before returning any merchandise

*Any products that will be sent without prior notification won’t be eligible for refund

* All returns must be shipped back within 7 business days.

* Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment.

* Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item cost only.
